April’s Granola Recipe

5 qt. quick oats


5 qt rolled oats
4 cup coconut oil
4 cup honey or cane sugar
6 cup apple, or other fruit sauce (opt.)
2 tablespoon salt
3 cup chopped nuts if desired
Make oil hot enough to fully liquefy and mix with all dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients and mix together then add 1 more cup of water, more if not using
fruit sauce, and spread on pan and bake at 300 for 20 min then crumble and bake
again at 200 until dry about 4 hrs.
