The activity aims to: 4. understand and appreciate the Results-Based Performance Management System Manual for Teachers and Schoo! Heads; b. identify the key concepts of the Manual and the tools within the RPMS cycle; and, €. set out clear expectations, engagements, and discussions on RPMS re: uniform measure to assess teacher performance, identify needs, and provide support for professional development. 3. Resource persons/facilitators to the activity, as mentioned in the matrix above, are those who attended the Intensive Instruction Supervisory Training last April 22-25, 2019 at Great Eastern Hotel, Quezon City. Other SDO personnel involved in the conduct of this activity include Dr. Rock Amiel D. Arzobal, Christian Voltaire M. Metin, Emelyn Grace C. Carit, and Dr. LiezI B, Jambalos as part of training program implementation monitoring and evaluation team. 4. Participants to the activity are all school heads and teachers. No registration fee shall be collected from participants. Participants are advised to bring laptop computer for easy access of information and learning materials. They are also reminded to bring their own lunch meal and snack packs. Venue, sound system and chair rentals, provision of training materials, as well as food and travel expenses of facilitators, and other incidental expenses shall be charged against Division Human Resource Training and Development Fund while incidental expenses of the participants shall be charged against Local Funds/School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5, Immediate dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is desired 29 x SPRVILLANO A.
