Doc : is there any new patient today?
Nurse : yes doc, there is a new patient

Nurse : she is heart disease
Doc : is she has a result of rontgen or EKG?
Nurse : oh here is it
Doc : okay, let me check it first
( the doctor check the diagnostic result)
Doc : okay nurse lets we visit the patient and don't forget to bring the diagnostic result

Patient : yes, come in
Doctor : morning miss….. how are you today?
Patient : I’m good doc
