THE WENDIGO OF ISCALIS

SCENE 1- THE HOAX

Video of a person in a woodland are running from something

plays in the background, the person is in a state of fear,
the person recording the footage falls to the ground, they
begin to breathe heavily as something is heard approaching.
Everything goes silent and the footage ends.

JOSH:
"Oh god, oh god"

*Track-01 Runaway* will begin to play .

Camera pans to a view over Lester's right shoulder showing

that he is looking at the hoax tape.

Camera pans out to cover over a desk littered with photos,

halfway through the desk.

Lester's hand will drag along the desk, he grabs a piece of

paper. The camera will pan out again to show Lester opening a
door and walking outside.

Title card will slowly fade in- "The Wendigo Of Iscalis"

Lester will be walking along a path in the woodland area,

camera will show a shot of his face and off camera will be
his wife

VIOLET:
(Distraught) Think of the kids

(Angry) How can you leave all this

behind, your whole life, for some fake
hoax, some creature... a creature that
doesn't even fucking exist

LESTER:
(Sighs)

Camera pans to shot of Lester approaching Firetruck

he investigates the firetruck and attempts to enter it,

humming is heard from the distance, Lester grasps the barrel

of his rifle and begins to slowly move onwards from the
truck, looking back to make sure that he is clear.

SCENE 2- WOODLAND-

SUE:
(Sue is casually walking through the
woodland are, she is relaxed and
happy, she is simply just walking
forward listening to music, humming
along and muttering lyrics from time
to time.)

(Sue spots the firetruck and repeats

the exact thing Lester does, she
investigates the firetruck and
attempts to get inside it.)

Camera pans to a longshot of Lester walking along the path,

exploring his surroundings.

Camera has a shot of his feet moving from the side.

SCENCE 3- WOODLAND- LESTER STARTS GOING CRAZY

Noises are heard all around Lester, the rustling of leaves,

snapping of twigs, the wind is heard around him, Lester
begins to panic

LESTER
(Fearful shouting) Who's there? show
yourself or.. Or I'll.. I'll shoot!

Camera will cut to a shot of Sue exploring around the trees,

foraging off of the ground and just interesting herself into
the environment.

Camera cuts back to Lester

LESTER:
(Lester will be comparing the footage
from the hoax video to the environment
he is in, he will realise it's the
same spot)

(Lester will then proceed to become paranoid, he spots out

the exact environment such as which tree was where, the
vegetation around etc etc)

In the distance Sue's humming/singing can be heard and this

makes Lester more paranoid.

LESTER:
(Lester would draw his rifle and enter
a crouched ready stance, he believes
the humming is actually whispering, he
grins and tries to listen out to where
the noise is coming from) Lester would
mutter to himself quietly "This is it,
this is when I get my hunt"

Sue would approach and would look out from behind a try, she
would spot Lester's freakout and would call out to him

SUE:
(calling out) Are you alright lad? do
you need some help?(she would walk
towards him)

Lester would turn round in a reaction and fire a round at the

tree, he would bolt the rifle and fire a second round,
hitting her in the chest/stomach, she stumbles backwards and
falls to the ground.

Sue would fall to the ground and the camera will be viewing
from behind Lester, it will be the same shot for a few
seconds and then cut to Lester placing the rifle on the
ground. Slowly begin to capture him panicking and coming to a
realisation of what he has done

LESTER:
(Mutter) Oh shit, oh shit

Lester would slowly approach Sue, when he is above her he

stares down to her and then swiftly drops down to his knees.

Lester will start to slowly lift Sue up (Drag this out for a
few seconds).

He will begin moving in the direction towards the firetruck

from earlier on.

As he is walking Lester will slowly begin to break down

LESTER:
If she just believed me then maybe
this situation wouldn't be happening,
if she just had faith it wouldn't have
been like this

SCENE 4- FIRETRUCK

Camera is close up to Lester

Lester places Sue against the truck, he leans his back

against it and then falls to the ground, beginning to shake
violently in fear, he let's out a loud shout of pain.

Camera pans out to a longshot of the firetruck from the

opposite side the shout still playing.

everything goes quiet and then "Fragile" starts to quietly

fade in but before the lyrics start it gets cut out by Violet
and Lester speaking

VIOLET/LESTER(SAME TIME):
Is it worth it, what if something goes
wrong, none of it is

LESTER:
Real

Lester looks down at Sue's corpse, he has not ate for a while
and the corpse will soon begin to decompose.

Everything goes black.

Screen flashes a clip of Lester pulling Sue closer to him

then cuts to black

Screen flashes Lester about to bite into Sue's arm and then
cuts to black.

(Play the eating noise)

Screen pans to a longshot of Lester standing up and then

walking towards the woods.

Camera fades to black one last time, a screech noise is heard

in the background and then either "Runaway" or "Fragile" will
begin to play.
