I am writing here seeking $50,000 in exchange for 50% equity of my business. The

following statement details what my product is, and why funding is required for the business to

progress forward.

Americans love snacking and I’m sure when I say snacks, most would think of favorites

like Cheetos, Doritos, or Lay’s potato chips. Over a billion of these snacks are sold and eaten by

kids, adults, and the elderly alike. But although there’s a large range of ages who eat these

snacks, they all share a similarity: they eat with their hands. As convenient and traditional as it is,

the CDC and Department of Health have shown that such practices have very severe

consequences. Dirty hands increases risks of diarrhea, respiratory illnesses by at least 20%. On

top of that, with more people in the world, the ability for bacteria and other pathogens to spread

can only increase. To remedy unsanitary snacking, I present SnackClips. SnackClips allow

consumers to eat snacks while reducing the risk for disease. Snackclips are made with stainless

steel and a self-cleaning finish inspired by lotus leaves that allows for easy cleaning. It also has

an added function of closing the bag of the snack. Sealing the bag helps keep the snacks crisp

and safe from pathogens such as Staphylococcus and Salmonella.

With your funding, I hope to expand manufacturing facilities and also do more

marketing. At the moment, manufacturing steel is difficult without large machinery and a

spacious facility. Marketing is also not very developed as we’ve only been able to market

SnackClips by word-of-mouth. Currently, the only method of selling is through online shopping
through our website so if possible, getting into brick and mortar stores of any size and magnitude

would be a goal.

SnackClips will revolutionize snacking. Never has there been one product that allows

consumers to eat in a sanitary way and then seal snack bags. So who will join me and seal the

deal?
