and after school mentor and have closely followed her academic progress during the past three
years at Merced High School.

As a student, Yohana demonstrated a passion of learning and the level of commitment necessary
to succeed in any path she chooses and beyond. I am happy to be able to provide this
recommendation for such a well rounded deserving student. As her academic record attests, Ms.
Juarez has maintained an A grade average across the board during her study here at Merced High
School. I have great respect for Yohana and truly believe that she is a deserving candidate that
you will be proud of.

Yohana has distinguished herself as an incredible young student through her work in all classes
as well as being a performer for the Merced High colorguard. This past year Yohana has grown
at an extraordinary rate. She is an amazing performer and is still able to stay on top of her class
work. I cannot think of anyone more deserving and I wholeheartedly support her application.
