Daphne Serrano. Daphne was my office assistant in 2016-17 school years and an active member of leadership
team. I have had the privilege to maintain contact with her and watch her continue successes.

Miss Serrano’s duties and responsibilities were as followed and/or when needed: Check her folder for filing,
make copies, translated in Spanish, assist with answering the phone, fax documents, and deliver slips to class.
Daphne would also take attendance sheets to teachers, load the copy machine and write late slips for students.
Miss Serrano learned how to efficiently use the fax machine, phone system, copy machine and filing system.

Daphne’s work ethic and self-starter mentality made a huge contribution to the office management team. Miss
Serrano worked effectively with not only school staff but her peers. Daphne validated her leadership abilities
throughout our intramural season working all the tournaments and community service events.
