PARAWISE COMMENTS OF RESPONDENT NO. 05

1. That contents of paragraph Nos. 01, 02 & 03 of the petition are not
regarding the Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment, therefore no
comments.

2. That contents of paragraph No. 03 of the petition are not regarding the
Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment, however legal question has
been raised which is correct that no one can transfer right better he is
possessing.

3. That contents of paragraph Nos. 05 & 06 of the petition are not

regarding the Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment, therefore no
comments.

4. That contents of paragraph No. 07 of the petition to the extent of legal

notice is not disputed, however the rest of the contents are not regarding
the Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment.

5. That contents of paragraph No. 08 of the petition are replied that there is
no role and function of the Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment
regarding registration of documents, therefore if any omission has been
committed by the Respondent Nos. 02 & 03, the authority also lies with
them to rectify the omission and after rectification, the documents if any
 are submitted in the office of Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment the
same shall be entertained accordingly.

6. That the prayer clauses are not regarding the Respondent No 05 / Clifton
Cantonment except that directions has been sought for necessary correct
in the record. The Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment is ready to
make correction in the record after receipt of amended documents by the
concerned authorities those are the Respondent Nos. 02 & 03. The
Respondent No. 05 / Clifton Cantonment shall comply with directions if
any of the Honorable Court as has no adverse interest in the matter.
