1. That I am the absolute and registered owner of the parcel of land, located at

more or less, and covered by TCT No.: XXXXXXXXX of the Registry of Deeds for

therefore the said title was not lost;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing statements and to

foregoing statements and the revoke the said Affidavit of Loss.
