We, the undersigned, representing at least one-third of the voting members of the Executive
Committee of the State Central Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to
Article III, Section E.1.c. of the Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia, do
hereby call for a meeting of the Executive Committee at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday 30 May 2019 at
the Stafford County Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider actions by subsidiary committees of the Republican
Party of Virginia related to pending appeals and the conduct of nomination contests, and for the
transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Committee.
