Responsibilities and Duties:

 Responsible for Business Development activities
 Business Research to identify potential clients / lead generation
 Using email, telephone calls to defined geography to qualify/shortlist potential clients
 Engaging with potential client to ensure high level willingness. Take all first level calls and
lead discussions on service offerings
 Develop offerings in line with client requirements backed by research and internal capability.
 Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.
 Develop high quality proposals and / or presentations.
 Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to contract.

Skills/Qualifications:
 Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
 Strong in Microsoft Office computer skills, like power point and excel.
 Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
 Graduate & Post Graduate degree from accredited college or university
 Effective planner
 Previous exposure of Consulting environment will be a plus.
