BAPCO is well known in Bahrain with its great reputation in great empowering work environment and environmental initiatives and spur for better efficiency. Additionally, your company supports natives and has one of the highest Bahrainis’ employment rate in the country which have contributed to your reputation as a petroleum and refinery company. My educational qualifications and skills can be used to improve BAPCO even further. I am a Bahraini citizen and soon-to-be graduate from Bahrain Polytechnic majoring in ICT and my current overall GPA is 3.56. My degree courses have provided me with practical skills on various programming languages for desktop, web and mobile applications. As well as being familiar with most used applications in the industry. Studying at Bahrain Polytechnic has provided me with the opportunity to learn based on solving problems in projects’ form. Consequently, I am able to apply modern logical approaches and use new tools to complete any task. Moreover, the work is mostly in groups which has greatly improved my leadership and initiatives skills as well as motivating others and myself. My code of ethics is to be involved and immersed in any task I am a part of. This is how I am planning to control any situation that may occur in the workplace and not avoid it.
