Age proof is required. Certificate should be from the Panchayat / Municipality or corporation obtained soon after birth. Payers without the date of birth Certificate will not be allowed to participate. As per the rules of AICF. only players whose dates of birh are registered within one year of their birth are permitted to take part in respective age group state /nationals. Other country passport holders shall not be allowed to participate in the State Chess Championship, Only Tamil Nadu Players can participate this championship. Boarding & Lodging Dormitory type of rooms will be provided at College campus to seeded/selected piayers andone manager per team (nominated by the district association). Players are requested to bring their ownbeddings. Free Dormitory for others : For other those who wants to stay with College Accommodation (Dormitory Hall only, Kindly bring your own beddings ) they should sent a email to the organizerwell in advance with all Particulars (Player Name, Contact Number, Accompanying person Name, Relation, Gender and Age) However this can be arranged first come first served basis, limited only. Boarding : Food will be provided on payment basis withnominal costin the college campus itself. Registration of Participants with AICF AICF piayer registration is compulsory for all players. AICF player Registration fee Rs.250I- for the year 2019-2020. AICF player registrations will be accepted only through online. Players / Arbiters registration should be done well before the start of event (Tournament). For renewing AICF registration of existing players, please click hitp/aic.in’players/For fresh AICF registration please click hitp!//aic.in/online-player-registrationfor fresh AICF registration, players are requested to keep their scanned passport size photograph and birth certficate and a valid email address (unique) not used by any other person / player for AICF, ready before the registration process, Note’ Only passport size (ess than IMB) photographs in Jpeg format should be uploaded Registration of participants with TNSCA All the participants of TN State U-15 Chess Championships are required to register themselves with TNSCA by paying Rs. 160/- as player registration fee for the year 2019-2020, the players have to submit their Date of Birth certificate Copy and one passport size photo along with the duly signed TN Players’ registration form. Those have already paid the TNSCA player registration should shaw the proof at the venue. TDCA Registration Trichy District players registration is compulsory for TDCA players. The fee for the year 2019-2020 is Rss.100/- (Hundred) only. Default Time Default tme is 15 minutes. Piayers have to be at the boards within 15 minutes of the start of the round, Rules FIDE rules in force shall apply. System of play The Tournament shall be conducted on Nine rounds Swiss System. Time Control 90 minutes each plus 30 seconds increment from the move one. Tie-break Direct encounter, Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz, Sonneborn Berger and number of wins (forfeit included) tio-break rules will be applied. In case of tie, prizes will not be shared, Chess Clocks Each Association is requested to provide at least two chess clocks for every four players.Appeals Committee ‘An Appeals Committee comprising of five members plus two reserves will be formed at the managers meeting. All the members and reserves shall be from diferent cistricts. Nomember of committee can voie on dispute in which @ player from his own district is involved and in such case(6), the reserve momber takes his place. The decision of the appeals comrrities is final and binding on all players concerned, Tournament Committe ‘The toumament committee consisting of the General Secretary, TNSCA or his representative, The Secretary of Trichy DCA or his, representative and representatve from another distict to be nominated by the TNSCA shall decide on ell emergency mattors, Protest Protest, if any against the decision of the Chief arbiter shall be made in wrrting with a protast fee of Rs.500I- within 15 minutes of the incident. The decisions of the appeals committee shall be final and binding on all concerned. The protest fee is refundable one if the protest s upheld. ‘Withdrawals ‘player may withdraw from the toumamentat any stage after informing the Chief Artiter in writing. Arrears ‘The players belonging to Districts which arein arrears to TNSCA will notbe allowedto take part. Rights of Admission ThoAICF /TNSCA Trichy DCA reserve the right to admit rejoct any entry without assigning any reason thereof. TneAICF /TNSCAI Trichy DCA reserve the rights ofadmission tothe venue and lodging place, Instruction to the District Chess Associations ‘As per the rules of AICF only players whose dates of birth are registered within one year of thelr births are permitted to take part in respective age group Nationals. Hence Dist. Assns are directed hereby to forward the names of players whose birth regisiratons have been done within a yeer of their births for this TN State U-18 Championship. Wherever discrepancies exist, the matter may be taken up with AICF through TNSCA. This will avoid the inconvenience caused to such players when they appearin Nationals. While sending the Entries, District Chess Associations should certifythatthe players have been duly selected from the selection /District Chess Championship giving details of venue & Date.
