I think the POLLO A LA BRASA it is delicious, whit their crispy french fries and sauces.

But is
very fatty food.

Me too i am a person who usually eats whatever, but on the weekend, i go to my favorite
restaurant to eat CEVICHE (one of favorite dish!). At BLUE FIRE's Molina, they have the best
CEVICHE and the ARROZ CON MARISCO you can eat whit CHICHARRON DE POTA. The fish is
well seasoned and soft, you can not miss the lemon and onion accompany to ceviche are
simply delicious. To go with it, there is always some lettuce, sweet potato, potato, CHOCLO
and of course a lot of chile LIMO. I have to confess I love chile LIMO.

Apart from the onion, lettuce, sweet potato and lemon, there is always a CHILCANO to eat as a
starter. The classic preparation of fish head and fish bone accompany CANCHA TOSTODO,
slices onion and chopped carrot. Nutritionists’ say this is healthy, is very good for the brain. To
drink, a glass of chicha morada or coka cola frost is always refreshing.
