A. SCOPE

This work instructions include the operation and maintenance instruments

necessary calorimeter parr 6220 daily

B. REFERENCE

C. WORK STEPS
1. Calorimeter instrument in the OFF condition
2. Connect the electrical current of each instrument (calorimeter, Water
handling) on a UPS that serves to maintain the stability of the electrical
current that goes into the instrument calorimeter
3. Turn on the calorimeter and water handling by pressing the "ON" the
instrument
4. Calorimeter will appear on the "Main Menu", press "Enter" on the menu
"Calorimeter Operation" and then turn the water flow from the water bath to a
calorimeter instrument by pressing the "Heater and Pump" so it is in
position "ON"
5. Let the instrument temperature is equal to the setting temperature
6. Open the main faucet oxygen gas cylinders, set out gas at a pressure of 450
psi
7. Perform the analysis work
8. Once the analysis is complete turn off the main gas tap and then remove the
remaining oxygen gas pressing the "02 FILL"
9. Turn off the calorimeter and water handling instrument by pressing the "OFF"
on the device, then disconnect the electric current from the mains switch
10.clean and trim the work area before leaving the room
11.If there are peculiarities of the device, immediately report it to the chief
chemist

D. DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Do check the condition of the instrument every 1 week 1 times. the part that should
be examined is

1. Cable condition and cleanliness

2. Check water flow and clean
3. Check for leaks in the hose gas flow
4. Hygiene instrument
5. Display controller instruments

C. LANGKAH KERJA
1. Alat Kalorimeter dalam kondisi OFF
2. Sambungkan arus listrik masing masing alat (calorimeter, Water handling)
pada UPS yang berfungsi untuk menjaga kestabilan arus listrik yang masuk
ke alat kalorimeter
3. Nyalakan kalorimeter dan water handling dengan menekan tombol "ON" pada
alat
4. Pada kalorimeter akan muncul tampilan "Main Menu", tekan "Enter" pada
menu "Calorimeter Operation" kemudian hidupkan aliran air dari waterbath
ke alat kalorimeter dengan cara menekan tombol "Heater and Pump"
sehingga berada pada posisi "ON"
5. Biarkan temperature alat sama dengan setting temperature
6. Buka kran utama tabung gas oksigen, atur gas keluar pada tekanan 450 psi
7. Lakukan pekerjaan analisa
8. Setelah selesai analisa matikan kran utama gas oksigen kemudian keluarkan
sisa gas menekan tombol "02 FILL"
9. Matikan alat kalorimeter dan water handling dengan menekan tombol "OFF"
pada alat, kemudian cabut arus listrik dari saklar induk
10.bersihkan dan rapikan area pekerjaan sebelum meninggalkan ruangan
11.Apabila ada keanehan dari alat, segera laporkan kepada chief chemist
D. PEMERIKSAAN DAN PERAWATAN

Lakukan pemeriksaan kondisi alat setiap 1 minggu 1 kali. bagian yang harus
diperiksa adalah

1. Kondisi kabel dan kebersihannya

2. Check aliran air dan kebersihannya
3. Check kebocoran pada selang aliran gas
4. Kebersihan alat
5. Display pada controller alat
