Hence, it is of utmost {importance to connect all users on ERP network. ERP is Using the CDR network, therefore the following ERP routes need to be opened: in CDR network (Aggregation Router (AR), Central Router (CR) and Customer Service Router (CSR): . 1) For ERP Servers Hyderabad (a) 10.197.216.0/24 (b) 10.196.223.0/24 2) For ERP Servers DR site Kolkata (a) 10.199,230.0/23 (b) 10.199.232.0/24 All SSAs must take necessary actions in this regard in coordination with the respective zonal CDR Data-Centers. , Similarly, each CDR Data-Center should provide network info of al SSAs thie their sones~insthe-NW “ servers to the BASIS Core team on email id basiscore@bsnl.co.in. EAST zone CDR Data-Center has already given network inforof all SSAs of EAST ZONE in “the prescribed NW template. SSA wise CDR- network details are readily available with each zone and ERP servers can also be accessed on the same network Further all circles should make arrangements to connect non-CDR units to CDR network by extending their LAN to nearest AR-or CR. Routers required to connect LAN to CDR network has to be arranged: locally. If any requirement is there for routers then the same should be communi¢ated to DGM (ERP- Basis), ERP Center Ghaziabad. 3 f number of users is less in non-CDR units then access may be given over VPNOBB. Identify the offices where ERP access to be given, 2. Identify the existing network availability at that place. 3. Find out the new network requirements 4. Find out the routers, switches and other network accessories required to establish the new network and to connect it to nearest Aggregation router. Project Circle will give the list of offices of your Circle as per the data available in HRMS package. Use this data as reference to finalize the list and no. of ERP access points in those offices. ‘+ The offices should include Electrical Wing, Civil Wing and CMTS also. STEP-I + Now, identify the network already available in that office, * All CDR migrated SSAs have CDR network for JTO and above level officers. Open routes 10.196.223.0/24 & 10.197.216.0/24 in routers of CDR. ‘© But in above case this network may not be available for Accounts, Electrical, Civil and Administrative wings. Hence network has to be established for these offices. STEP-IL
