INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to suggest ways of making your shop more attractive and profitable.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Although customer service now is good, but it could be better. Firstly, customers should be treated
better and with more respect, not like a simple client ,but like our unique and special client, because
that will make him comes back. Secondly, it would be a good idea to organise a lottery and 1 client
during the day would get free chocolate. Customers like it.
PRICE
It would be useful to raise prices, for example by 3 %. People wouldn’t feel significant difference, but
the store's profits will rise
CONCLUSION
To sum up, I believe that if we include some of suggestions above, we will make this shop more
attractive and profitable
