February 11: Wrote an intro for the research paper.

March 3: Had my first interview with my mentor.

March 5-7: Continued to write the research paper. Did more research.

May 4: Got into contact with the principal of Delta View elementary via email for visiting
the school

May 10: Got confirmation that I was able to go to Delta View elementary.

May 17: Went to Delta View and talked to the third graders. I was also able to look around
the school for a little bit and was able to talk to both teachers and faculty.
