With reference to the above, we have filled Home Consumption Bill of Entry and assessed the
same under RMS.

Now, The importer has requested to change the BOE from Home Consumption to Warehouse
due to Consignment is not required now.

As per BE To be amend as

Home Consumption Warehouse

Hence, we request you to kindly grant permission to recall and reassess the Bill of Entry under
Home consumption.
