With effect from 2° October 2018 many tenants / owners have not paid
TREASURER their maintenance to the association either to the new body or the old
‘Smt. S. Niveditha body as Varma garu as obtained an injunction order on 27” Nov 2018
8977603203 and sent a message to the residents to pay the maintenance to him.
Since there is no communication from himself or the old body, to avoid
MEMBERS any interruptions the new body has pooled up Rs.40,000/- plus in order to
meet the expenses to continue the basic amenities.
Smt. K. Vaya Now as we have pressure from the police department, we have to resume

system, we found that the cellar area is not under proper surveillance and

Rs.42,000/- is required. Hence we request all the Owners to contribute

Smt. K. Uma Devi We also request all the tenants/owners to pay the maintenance by 7" of
7981618220 every month without fail. This discipline would be helpful in maintaining
the essential amenities / services on time without any disconnections. If
the circumstances lead to disconnections the charges in this regard will
be charged to the respective residents.
We are sending a sheet along with this circular to fill up the details of
persons staying in the respective flat along with their contact numbers
and vehicle details. Although we are taking all the existing details of the
tenants, we humbly appeal to all the owners to prefer letting out the flats
only for family residents as we are trying to make this society into a
secured and residential living space.
