A Problem with a Coworker

Have you ever met someone who is rude, impolite, inconsiderate, and a short temper at

work? That’s right we all have or at some point, you will meet that person. Have you ever

thought or wanted that person to leave? Well, I'm here today to talk about how it is not fair to be

with a person that is boorish. The purpose of this is to help remove the edifying person from

work unconditionally, without causing a problem.

Have you ever got yelled at for running over the time you were supposed to clock out?

I’m sure we all have, but helping a customer is no joke. Customers are the stores’ number one

priority because no customers means no store/no business. People should never yell in front of a

customer. I have been hollered at for cleaning while a customer was checking out is unacceptable

due to the yelling according to the policy of, Recipe Portal of Conduct (quoted by Food Lion).

This next part may make no sense however, very ironic, a person wailing at you for not cleaning

while a customer was checking out.

In the previous paragraph, yes, minors aren’t supposed to be running over the clock, but

helping a returning customer is always helpful. If you are a minor you are not allowed to run

over thirty minutes or else it is breaking the law. Myself, I ran over by ten minutes which is no

biggy. In the Recipe Portal of Conduct roughly states, respect others, do not attack personally

other users or individuals or disparage other entities. According to the Recipe Portal of Conduct,

you should respect others and not be causing post-traumatic stress to coworkers due to your life

problems. Again for the last quarrel, the Recipe Portal of Conduct will show that you will need

to not yell at a coworker and be a very sentimental person, knowing how the other person will

feel and be very kind to about the improvement.

I believe the best way is to fire her because she doesn't follow any of the conducts/legal

terms/conditions. She needs to become a sentimental person to know how others will feel,

imagine if someone did the same thing to you. How would you feel?
