Upgrading Domains Created Prior to WebLogic Server 10.3.

If a domain was created prior to WebLogic Server 10.3.0, you must first upgrade to
WebLogic Server 10.3.6. After upgrading to WebLogic Server 10.3.6, run the Domain
Upgrade Wizard to upgrade the domain.

Note:Oracle WebLogic Server to either version 10.3.6 or 10.3.5 (both are supported
in Release OBIEE 11.1.1.6.0)

Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.6) Installation on Windows (64-bit)
This article describes the default installation of Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1
(10.3.6) on Windows (64-bit). The intention is to use this installation as the base
for an Oracle Forms and Reports 11gR2 Developer installation.

If multiple JDK installed on your computer, set JAVA_HOME before installing WLS. In
your case: JDK 1.8 is not certified with the weblogic 10.3.6.

You must not set the JAVA_HOME variable after installation. The installer adds the
correct Java Location in config files.
