• Lead a team of eight photographers, including determining which stories to cover and managing team expectations and deadlines
• Edited all photojournalism work to be print-ready, including ensuring they were of professional quality, accurately reported and well-produced to maintain the brand
• Part of a production team that pitched story ideas, organized workflow, and produced over 55 printed issues of Mustang News
• Edited over 500 photos, around 50 stories for grammar and clarity, and managed the annual photography budget
• Stayed current with photography trends by meeting with local photography professionals, and implemented in Mustang News when appropriate

Created, curated, and promoted a travel blog which at its peak had over 1,600 unique visitors. The blog was taken offline after finishing my travels. Blog content is
