PACKAGE TOUR: GROUP VISA PROCEDURE

ü A soft copy of the GROUP VISA shall be issued to all clients, 2-3 days
before the departure date. The hard copies will be given during the
ORIENTATION before departure.
ü All groups shall meet at the waiting area in front of Jollibee inside NAIA
Terminal 1 same floor of departure area at 2:30 AM on the Departure
date for Orientation.
ü Each group will be given a PHOTOCOPY of the GROUP VISA during the
orientation prior to departure. The ORIGINAL COPY of GROUP VISA shall
be assigned to the first person indicated in the list.
ü An extra photocopy of the GROUP VISA is included which will be
surrendered to Chinese Immigration in Beijing.

DEPARTURE AT NAIA TERMINAL 1
ü All group members should be together during check-in. Usually, the
attendant will also request for the GROUP VISA together with your
passport and ticket.
ü After check-in, proceed immediately to the Immigration counter, form a
single line based on the order of names in the GROUP VISA.
ü Traveller #1 shall surrender the passport and GROUP VISA to the counter.
Upon approval, she will leave the GROUP VISA at the counter until
everyone finishes. The Last Traveller shall then collect the GROUP VISA
after approval and will immediately surrender the file to Traveller #1 for
safekeeping.
ü Take note of the BOARDING TIME, if you fail to appear on the specified
GATE you will no longer be able to join the flight. Refunds won’t be
entertained due to lack of time awareness.

ARRIVAL AT BEIJING CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
ü All group members should be complete before entering Immigration. It
will be the responsibility of Traveller #1 to make sure that all members
are together before the immigration counter.
ü Same as the immigration in NAIA 1, all travellers shall line up according to
the order in the GROUP VISA list.
ü Traveller #1 shall then surrender his/her passport, the ORIGINAL GROUP
VISA and the PHOTOCOPY issued. The photocopy will no longer be
returned, only the ORIGINAL GROUP VISA shall be returned to the Last
Traveller. After the proceeding, make sure that the last traveller shall
return the VISA to Traveller #1.

DEPARTURE FROM BEIJING CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
ü At immigration, do the same proceeding during arrival but now, only the
ORIGINAL VISA Copy shall be surrendered together with the passport.
ü The ORIGINAL GROUP VISA will no longer be returned to the last person
on the list and shall be kept by the Chinese Immigration.
