B. PRECONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES Nil C. PROGRESS OF WORK C.1 Physical Accomplishmest as on August 2014. Description Previous Month During the Month Cumulative 1. Achieved 90.41% 0.47% 90.88% Time Elapsed = 100.00 % (Original Completion Date: 25 November 2013) The cumulative accomplishment from the Concessionaire’s MPR is 94.32 %. Note: IE amended the request for EOT from 240 days to 370 days hence the new proposed Completion Date is 30.11.2014 D. SAFETY ARRANGEMENT: D.1 Accident on highways. This report is a requisite for Pre-COD as required from the Section 2.9, Schedule | of CA. The report was submitted to the Concessionaire for compliance on 17.11.2014, Ref. ICT/NBHL/NH 77/5/0788. E, MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING ROADS 1, With the occurrence of rain daily, the Concessionaire is requested to execute the road maintenance of the diversion road at ROB 1, existing road of Bedaul Asli, 1.5 km, and the existing road at Kwahari Village, 1.0 km. Although the diversion road of ROB 1 and Bedaul Asli were maintained lately, the Concessionaire is requested to maintain the road periodically to make it motorable all the time. F. Status of Plantation of the Project. The NHAI required the IC to submit the report on the status of plantation of the project every fortnia starting on the month of October 2014 as per NHAI letter Nos. 33017/06/2006/NHAI/PIU/MUZ/1848 dated 27.10.2014 and IC letter No. ICT/NBHL/NH-77/MS/0770 dated 10.10.2014. It has been six months ago that the Concessionaire executed the first plantation at 1100 pcs of plants out of the total requirement of 16,374 nos. with a record of survival at 15 % only.
