Good Day!

l'm writing this letter to formally request your good office to adjust my house ground floor
finish (GFF) elevation to a minimum of +300mm or higher relative to nearest pavement
depending on my twin house GFF elevation. My twin houseshould adjust to +300mm relative
to nearest pavement as our reference. With these adjustments all parts of the house should
follow.

At present, my initial estimate for my GFF elevation is at +150 to +200mm only. As your
reference, my house is located at block 24lotg.

My worries that my house would look "lowered" comparing it with the adjacent twin house to
the left if you are looking in front of my house. The adjacent twin house i am referring to is by
my estimate is +500mm or more relative to nearest pavement.

Hope you could accommodate my request and finalize the design of my house. Thank you and
