To create Entrepreneurship & Employment opportunities for the Telangana and indian students, we
are forming the Skill Development Startup called Employment committee of Telangana students .ECTS
aims at making every human being life saturated.

Objectives of ECTS are as Follows:

1.ECTS aims at Creating the Entrepreneurship & Employment Opportunities through Internship ,
Apprenticeship ,Workshops , of the job-on the job training programs by referring the talented students
from the schools & colleges to the Private , Government organizations after the conducting the
Assessments and screening.

2.ECTS shall conduct a Survey Regarding the Factors which was causing unemployment in both
Organised and Create a standard platform where the studentscan get jobs in ea.

3.ECTS will work on Un-Organised Labour Market (e.g.,Daily wage workers in constructions,
agriculture..etc) to make it Organised by creating a stable work Platform which shows them works to
earn money in better way.

4.ECTS will work for the Rural area people to make them Entrepreneurs by involving them in doing the
surveys and analysis of the people(e.g.,Shelter ,Income,Literacy,Medical facilities) working in
Agriculture , construction sector.

5.ECTS will work for the private sector employees in order to make them get equal benefits
(Medical,Insurance schemes..etc) like the Government employees.

6.ECTS will work for the Rural Area students to bring them to the common webportal where
Knowledge transfer is done from the IIT’s,NIT’s,Top Universities students in order to make Rural area
students best Researchers in the future.

7.ECTS shall Recommend the Agriculture ,Tourism Related startups to setup in the Rural areas to
create employment in Rural areas.

8.ECTS will conduct placement drives & job mela in and around Telangana & India.

9.ECTS will promote Tourism and Eco-Tourism in Telangana & India for the better Economy.
Terms and Conditions:

ECTS will work as Skill Development startup which aims at empowering the Students and People of
Telangana as well as other states of India.

Note: The necessary changes can be made in the ECTS objectives in future as required with the prior
discussion with the committee members.

Members of the
