Poverty

Getting rid of poverty is the most important goal for the UN. This

is a crucial goal because eliminating poverty can help toward

other problems/objectives like lack of education or food. There are

an estimated 805 million people that due to poverty go

malnourished on a daily basis (11 Facts about World Hunger).

When there’s no poverty then parents can afford to send their

children to school and make informed citizens that can think of

solutions to these other problems. Eliminating poverty is the most

important goal because having educated members of society

allows them to move forward with other goals like inequality &

shortage of resources just by eradicating poverty.
