I am applying to your master’s program in Healthcare Administration for the Fall 2019 semester. I have
completed my graduate degree in Pharmacy from Dow University of Health Sciences, Pakistan. I have
done volunteer work in the Quality Assurance department at Tabba Institute of heart diseases, Pakistan.
It helped me to strengthen my ambition to pursue career in Healthcare Administration program. To
make the best use of my skills, I need to enhance my knowledge in this field.

I believe MS-HCA program can provide me an unparalleled education on healthcare administration and
public policy. It will enable me to be successful in managing the integration of new health care delivery
systems, restructuring of work and budget, technological innovations and the increase focus on
preventive care. I am determined to earn a Master’s degree in Health Administration, which I will use as
a beginning and background to develop and expend programs for scientific research, preventive
medicine, medical and vocational rehabilitation and community health and welfare at a healthcare
institution.

My interest in health policy and social welfare policy is govern by the integration of new health care
delivery involvement in deciding how our knowledge is used. I want to take part in determining how we
as society deal with providing the best quality of care to all citizens.

Studying in California State University would be an opportunity for me to boost my knowledge, career
advancement and will help me to make a positive difference in the lives of others. After pursuing this
degree I will put my all efforts to bring adequate healthcare system in Pakistan. Pakistani healthcare
system are in need of change and I believe solution to problems within the healthcare system must
come from the professionally qualified people. As a healthcare Administrator, I will be committed to
improving efficiency in healthcare facilities and the quality of the care provided in Pakistan. I am
applying to this program because I know it is the next step towards my career goal of becoming a
pioneering leader and problem solver within the ever changing healthcare sector.

Though a MS HCA program, I hope to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to not only identify
gaps in healthcare system of Pakistan, but also to critically evaluate, design and implement policies and
programs that promote the vision of preventive care , especially for women and children.

I am drown to CSU because of your focus on communities and collaboration, reputation for excellence
research and skill based learning environment. I am confident that intellectual drive, motivations and
interpersonal skills demonstrated in my academic and professional experience will enable me to become
with the commitment and ability to achieve meaningful change in the healthcare systems of Pakistan.
