Professionally, Loriann is reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, and she has shown the ability to effectively lead change in the areas of academics and behavior. She motivates the students and goes above and beyond to achieve success for each student. Her impact can be felt by the students, the parents, and the faculty and staff that she coaches. In addition to effectively handling her coaching duties, she makes time for our most valuable stakeholders, the students! The teachers all anticipated regular visits from Ms. Staples for motivation and support. As a team motivator, she has held together campus moral and formed strong, cohesive working relationships with the entire faculty. Never once has she backed down from any challenge placed before her. Ms. Staples has always been the one to step up and take initiative when there is a building need. During our years of working together at King Elementary, I have had the pleasure of working with an individual of such phenomenal character, integrity, and strong work ethic.
