« Relative to Division Memorandum No. 604, s. 2018 entitled Activities for the Preparation
of the Registry of Qualified Applicants for S¥ 2019-2020 and Division Memorandum No.
12, s, 2019 entitled Addendum and Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 604, s
2018 entitled Activities for the Preparation of the Registry of Qualified Applicants for SY
2019-2020, all concerned personnel across level of governance are informed of the
guidelines and activities in preparation for the Registry of Qualified Applicants
(RQA) in the Junior High School (JHS).
Refer to Enclosure 1 of this Memorandum for the general guidelines
Refer to Enclosure 2 of this Memorandum for the schedules of demonstration teaching,
skill demonstration, and interview.
Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is desired.

GENERAL GUIDELINES in the Preparation for the
Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) in the Junior High School (JHS)
Paper assessment:
a. Venue: Pines City National High School,
Palma Street, Baguio City
b. Date: 15 February 2019
Demonstration teaching:
Target dates: 18-20 February 2019 or earlier depending on the number of applicants
Starting time: 8: 00 AM
Time allotment: 30 minutes for every applicant
Coverage of demonstration teaching: topics from the Fourth Quarter
Mechanism: simultaneous per learning area

Specialized Training:
a, Presentation of a certificate of at least ten (10) days training related to work, duties,
and functions of Teacher I position to be filled (DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015).
b. Demonstration of the skill must be similar with the submitted certificate of training,
¢. Target dates: 21-22 February 2019 or earlier depending on the number of applicants
4. Time allotment: 15 minutes for every applicant to be done simultaneously
Interview: 15 minutes for every applicant to be done simultaneously
For any data discrepancy/ies, refer to the Sub-committee Chairperson in-charge of the
learning area applying for.
For the applicants: Prepare your individual name tag to be worn during the demonstration
