Introduction
What is the verb to be?
The most basic verb is the verb to be in English, "to be".
Although it is a very common verb, it is not regular, which
means that it is conjugated in different ways depending on the
noun and the verb tense. In this lesson, you will learn about the
singular and plural forms of present tense for the verb "to be"
or "be".
First, let us talk about pronouns. There are five singular
pronouns in English. These are I (I), you (you / you), he (he),
she (she), and it (pronoun for things and animals, "it").
