Instructions:

1. Use a course syllabus currently included in your TEd program for this workshop.
2. Based on your course syllabus, fill out the first 3 columns of the matrix below: Desired Learning Outcomes, Course Content/Subject Matter, and Assessment.
3. Link each of the rows to BTI(s). Indicate the codes in the appropriate column (4th). There may be more than one BTI identified. If there is none, leave the column/cell
blank.
4. Study the results of Step #3. What insights do you have about the BTIs identified, e.g. variation, frequency of each, consistency of a BTI across the rows, etc.?
5. On the last column, write your new insights on linking your course syllabus substantially to the Career Stage 1 of the PPST.
