The IRMA Social Entrepreneurship Cell is not just the home for startup enthusiasts but it is a heaven for

all those who are interested in learning how to transform their ideas into feasible businesses in the
future.

Coming from an engineering background, I choose a management education just because I felt that a
management degree would help give shape to the various ideas that I had during my college days. ISec
can help me gain new perspectives on how to approach new ideas. I, Roshan Khetade, did my B. Tech.
from Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Technological University in Lonere, Maharashtra. I was the technical
coordinator for electrical department in my college for two years. I had organized various inter and intra
college technical competition events. My college was located in a remote area and organizing those
events were much more difficult as I was also involved in procuring sponsorship for those events.

I am willing to work diligently in making ISec club more inclusive towards people who are still
apprehensive about presenting their ideas and making them realize the beauty of the working of the
club. My strong negotiation skills and ease in performing in a team environment are two of the many
aspects that will help me in contributing better as a Logistics Coordinator. During my final year, I had the
opportunity to work as a part of placement committee and my efforts towards networking was highly
appreciated and hence I feel that experience will serve me better if I am chosen as a core committee
member of ISec. So, if I am considered fit for the position of Logistics Coordinator in the core committee
of ISec, I will definitely increase the outreach of the club, organize new events and make the club one of
most dynamic clubs in the campus.
