This activity aims to ensure that leamers are properly enrolled and able to attend school on the first day of classes and to address problems, queries, and other concems relative to the opening of classes of both private and public schools for SY 2019-2020. Morcover, the teams shall ensure that “Ne Collection Policy” is observed and that teachers are not compelled to spend for the Curriculum Guides and other school forms and documents which can be procured chargeable against School MOOE. It is also advised to monitor at least 20% of the total number of schools of the assigned SDO particularly on the identified schools which are in need of support in terms of lack of teachers, classrooms, seats, toilets, ete. forthe SY 2019-2020. The team shall submit a detailed and comprehensive report stating the findings and recommendations of the OBE monitoring to the Quality Assurance Division (QAD), Regional Office XI, attn.: Roy T. Enriquez, OIC — Chief, not later than June 21, 2019. An online submission shall be done which will be facilitated by Dr. Brenda Belonio, EPS,QAD. in partnership with the ICTU. Attached is the 2019 OBE Monitoring Tool to be utilized during the monitoring and each team shall be provided with the list/summary of schools per SDO which are identified as in need of support for the opening of classes.
