Dear Mr. Ivanoski and Ms. Hubacher,

At this time, I wish to resubmit my formal complaint against South Shore Fire Chief Robert
Stedman to the Mount Pleasant Police and Fire Commission. As you are aware, this complaint
was first filed in December 2018 and dismissed without prejudice by the Police and Fire
Commission on May 3, 2019, with my approval, due to a discontinuation in the investigation
caused by medical issues of both Ms. Hubacher and myself.

Shortly after filing the complaint in December, Ms. Hubacher contacted me and we agreed to
meet after the holiday in early January. At that time, I began experiencing debilitating panic
attacks and anxiety, I asked Ms. Hubacher for a delay until I felt physically able to participate in
the investigation.

Another scheduling conflict arose as Ms. Hubacher had planned a knee-replacement procedure
for mid-January and would be absent through the month of February. In early February, I was
diagnosed and hospitalized for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder caused by two years of
cyber-stalking, harassment, abuse, and the stunning discovery the person responsible for it was
the fire chief in my own community.

Unfortunately, when Ms. Hubacher returned from her absence, I had just experienced a very
dramatic and damaging medical reaction to a new medication. The effect and recovery of my
central nervous system has taken approximately two months for me to regain my strength and
stamina.

As an individual with no history of anxiety, these events represent the shocking destruction of
my otherwise good health. The toll this has taken on my peace of mind and happiness, I cannot
yet measure.
There is no question in my mind that Chief Stedman is the creator of this website. He has
foolishly implicated himself alone and he must be held responsible for such disgusting behavior.

I apologize for the delay in bringing this matter to a conclusion. It is my hope that we can
proceed quickly, so I can finally put this behind me.

I have retained legal representation and wish all communications to be conducted through my
attorney:
