1. If the passenger does not arrive at any of the points of sale listed below with an anticipation of
up to 45 minutes prior to boarding or without the required documentation in items 1, 2 and 3,
the purchase will be canceled.
2. The passenger can request a refund corresponding to that purchase, which will be 90% (the
company reserves the right to withhold 10% due to administrative expenses).
3. The passenger can only take the train service if he/she buys a new ticket (subject to the
availability of spaces in the respective service).
1. For boarding, passenger must have followed the instructions of step 1 (Instructions to pick up
your tickets).
2. You must be at the station 30 minutes before the departure of the bus.

Permitted luggage should not exceed 05 kg / 11 lbs per passenger. If you need special assistance with your luggage, please contact
equipaje@perurail.com, not less than 48 hours before the departure time of the train. Availability is subject to space.
