Here is a quick summary of the instructions. Always listen with stereo headphones.

1. Listen to the introduction track. (The Awakening)

2. Listen to "The Dive" once each day (30 minutes) sitting with eyes closed, for 14
days. Do not listen to "Immersion" (yet).

3. After 14 days, listen to "The Dive" followed by "Immersion," making a one-hour


listening session.

4. After 4 weeks you can extend the session by listening to "Immersion" twice.
(This is optional).

"Quietude" and "Oasis" are not part of the daily program, but may be listened to
anytime.

Use "Quietude" when you read, study, or work, as it induces a focused super
learning state (alpha).

"Oasis" induces a theta brain wave pattern, the pattern of heightened creativity;
it can be used as an aid to problem solving.
