1 INT. RILEY’S BEDROOM - BED - MORNING

RILEY is seen waking up from her bed and gazing outside. She
yawns and looks at her calendar. May 19th is marked with
LOCATION SCOUTING! She gets up and walks into the bathroom.

2 INT. RILEY’S BATHROOM - SINK - MORNING

Riley turns on the bathroom light and rubs her eyes, then
looks into the mirror. She sighs and thinks to herself. Riley
then steps back and looks at her bathtub. It is empty.

We then see a CLOSE UP of MARISSA in black water. We ZOOM OUT

and see she is in the bathtub Riley is looking at.

We cut to Riley again thinking about the concept. She walks

out of the bathroom.

3 INT. DENNY’S - MORNING

Riley walks into DENNY’s, stops and stares at an empty booth.

We then see her envisioning AXCEL sipping coffee at the booth.
We look at Riley again and she crosses her arms.

4 EXT. FLOWER FIELD - DUSK

4

Riley stands on a path near a field of yellow flowers. She

forms her fingers into a frame and holds them out in front of
her as if she is picturing a scene.

LESLIE and ALEX appear in her frame. We see them holding hands
and laughing, in love.

Riley puts her hands down and cocks her head sideways,
thinking yet again. She turns around and we cut to:

5 INT. SAN DIEGO CIVIC THEATRE - NIGHT

Riley finishes turning around and stands in the middle of the

stage. She smiles in delight. We see her standing in front of
thousands of seats. She then runs between the curtains and
sees a line of girls dressed up in costumes take the stage.
Riley is fascinated.

6 INT. RILEY’S BEDROOM - BED - MORNING

Riley wakes up again from her slumber, more quickly. We see

the calendar marked for location scouting on MAY 19th. This
time she is smiling.
