PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

My daily duty in the BAC office of the municipal hall of Mambajao, Camiguin

was fruitful and I had so much learning as I go to the office. I enjoyed the company of

the people in the office. Before anything got smooth, I had encountered many

problems.

The first problem that I encountered is pressure especially during the first time

that I was asked to let some papers be signed from other offices. It took a lot of courage

to talk to the head of the office from different departments. I am a newbie in the

workplace and I had to introduce myself every time I came to different office.

The second problem that I encountered is the knowledge in the job. At first, I

don’t know what to do as I sit on the table. I don’t have any clue at all. I am waiting for

any instruction from them in the BAC office at least I could do something, but all I could

do clean the office.

The third problem lack of self-confidence. I'm a students trainee working with

employed people. There is an inferiority complex that bothers me so much. It feels like

I'm the lowest person in the office and should show utmost respect to any person that

I meet in the municipal hall.

These problems were solved when the employees open their hearts to me.

They talked to me and we had enjoyable communication. They taught me on what to

do and how to work on things in the office. Later on, they became my friends and they

treated me as one the BAC Office family member.
