1. Disperse Timiron Starlight Gold in Deionized Water and Disodium EDTA in the main kettle.
Mix with propeller until uniform.
2. Add Carbomer 980 to the main kettle and heat to 40-50° C. Mix until uniform.
3. Add sequentially remaining ingredients of Phase A with slow mixing. Mix until uniform and then cool
to room temperature.
4. Add Phase B into Phase A. Verify pH is 6.0 - 6.5, otherwise add TEA as needed. Mix until uniform.
5. Switch from propeller to side sweep and add Phase C into the main kettle while mixing. Mix until
uniform and cover the batch.
