It’s a suitable location as it contains multiple computers with the software that I require to edit my photos.

I will tell the potentially affected teachers and students that I am planning to edit in the room so that they know about it
before it happens and can plan to change things if it would affect them.

Power sources available Multiple sockets to plug in chargers for mobile phones and cameras
Catering Two cafes: the Viola Beach Café and the Crescent Café
Toilets There are toilets in the Priestley building about 3 minute walk from this room
Telephones All of the crew and cast have mobile phones and there are phones at reception
Daylight times (if recording outside) I am editing inside so daylight times won’t affect us
Locals/Authorities to be contacted I will let the Teachers and students know that we are editing in this room

Power sockets could cause electric shock, and bags, chairs, tables, and coats are all tripping hazards that could all lead to
various different injuries.

Where will the crew work on this location?


I will work at the desks in the room as they all have the computers on them that have the adobe software required for
editing.

Where will the cast work on this location?


The cast won’t be working anywhere in the location because there is no work for them to do in this stage.

Electric shock- from spilling liquids on any hardware such as computers, monitors, and sockets.

Tripping hazards- bags, chairs, tables, coats, and loose wires are all potential tripping hazards as they move around the
room and aren’t always noticeable so can be easily tripped on.

Eye strain from staring at a computer screen for too long as it might make our eyes worse

Computers line all around the room with 6 tables evenly spread out through the room with 4 chairs surrounding them in the
middle. There are some computers in the back of the room and they are occupied by a chair. On the right hand side there is
a radio room which can used by other students.
