Project 2 Reflection

Logging my calories for a week was a real eye opener. You don’t really know how bad

you eat until you track your calories. It was crazy to me because things that you think are healthy

have so many calories. I have to change the way I eat big time; I know it is affecting my health.

It is important to take care of your body and feed it correctly. I noticed that I don’t eat breakfast

and that is bad because breakfast is important. Changing your eating habits are hard but I know

you could work on it and it would be beneficial. Fish and fruits are always good healthy options.
