I hereby state I do not hold Hotel its representatices or employees, liable for

any act commited by third party thath may result in the loss of items and/or
valuables that I may deposit in this Safe Deposit Box. The Hotel is not trustee nor
"lessor: First, because nothing is received, and secondly, because nothing is e
charged for this servie. My signature in this control card indicates acceptance of
this exoneration, I also state I have received the only key of thisDeposit Safe box
in existance. In case of loss of key I authorize the Hotel in my presence to
break the lock on the Safe Deposit Box. I will be required to sign a certificate
authorizing the Hotel to break the lock with the understanding that I will pay the
cost for repairs of the Safe Deposit Box at $50.000 pesos.
