1. Roof parapet – Roof Parapets are too low for the lightning protection.

Parapet height is not

going to change. Hence GEL is present an alternative option to tie the lightning protection to
roof parapet.
ABC to parapet start on Monday June 3rd, 2019 and finish by a week on June 10th.
Prebilt to finish installing the remaining the edge angles and joists by Sunday (June 2)
2. Phase 1 level 2 Grid C studs – ABC to follow up with Ian. Prebilt to let Ian know when the
tallest lift is taken off site. The lift will be used to facilitate some of ABC’s work. Ian to
coordinate.
3. Prebilt to send 3rd party inspections.
4. Level 4 deck is in progress. Prebilt will be done by Sunday so that GEL can start working on
Monday.
5. Phase 1 beam above head of the window – ABC to install. There is a 50 mm difference
between Prebilt’s drawings and where it needs to be installed. Prebilt to review.
6. Stair 2 is on site. Prebilt to coordinate with Ian on the week of June 3rd in order to verify
whether a temporary pad is required on the ground floor
7. Roof decking – Drawings don’t show roof openings. Noel Refrigeration need to revise the
drawings for the holes.
8. Ian to follow up with Noel Refrigeration to verify when the ducting is coming
9. The wall openings between * and * are at the wrong height and also wrong size. Wildwood
need to fill the louver openings. The openings may need to change positions due to the proximity
to the joists.
10. Exterior Stone will not be on site until June 25th. However, Wildwood will do an air barrier
mockup for review. GEL to coordinate with Wildwood for the invert mounts.
11. Sprinkler piping at the stairs - Lee to send Stair 2 shop drawings to Vipond and then 1, 3 and
4 once they are approved.
12. Change in fire room – Vipond to send a RFI in order to discuss whether the rooms can be
mirrored and the domestic can be on the other side since there is not enough room on the current
layout.
