HOUSE RENT AGREEMENT

This agreement is valid for eleven months (11) from 3rd march2019 to 2nd
feburary2020.
Mrs.B. Gnaneshwari , w/o C. Baskaran residing at old no:106/1 ,new
no:18/1, Ellaiamman Koil Street, Vanandurai, Adyar, Chennai-20, is the sole
owner of the house and is called the first party.
Mr.S. Sekar, S/o Late R. Sivasammy working as Inspector has
requested the first party to rent him a portion for a period of eleven months
and is known as the second party.
