Republic of the Philippines Department of Education Region X DIVISION OF BUKIDNON Malaybalay City May 30, 2016 DIVISION MEMORANDUM No: be s. 2016 ORIENTATION ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF 2016 LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT FOR PRIMARY GRADES (LAPG) AND NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT TEST (NAT) To: Chief, Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) Chief, School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Schools District Supervisors School Heads of Public Elementary Schools ‘School Heads of Public and Private Secondary Schools This Division 1. ‘The Department of Education (DepED) shall administer the 2016 National Achievement Test (WAT) and Language Assessment for Primary Grade (LAPG) on the following dates: Date "Testing Program Grade/Year Level of Examinee June 15, 2016 LAPG Grade @ pupils of public and Madrasah schools (census) June 17, 2016 NAT Grade 7 students of public and private schools (census) 2. Only private secondary schools with permit to operate from DepED shall be included in the conduct of the test. 8. In relation to this, there will be a series of Division Orientation on the Administration of the 2016 Language Assessment for Primary Grades (LAPG) and National Achievement Test (UAT). Attached is the orientation schedule. 4. The following shall be discussed in the said Orientation’ + Proper conduct/administration of the test; + Security of test materials, delivery, retrieval scheme; + Allocation of test materials + Information derived from the individual Certificate of Rating; and + Financial matters relative to test administration, 8. Authorized to attend are the following: ‘a. District Supervisors; b. Public Elementary School Heads and OIC of Elementary Cluster Schools and fe. Public and Private Secondary School Heads including OIC of High School Annexes or School Testing Coordinator preferably the appointed oA designated School Guidance Counselors. 6.
