2.Terms and Conditions

1. Age : 18 to 30 years old for unqualified builder , and for qualified 22 to 55 years old and experience of
minimum 5 years for qualified

2. Contract period : 02 (two) years (Renewable)

3. Working hours : 10 hours pers day , 5 days per week , any overtime paid in accordance whith Romanian
Laws.

4. Probation Period : 02 (two) months

5. Food / Accommodation : Provided free by the Employer

6. Transportation from hostel to work place : Provided free by the Employer

7. Annual leave :According to the Romania Laws .

8. Free Air tickets from Vietnam to Romania and also for return to Vietnam at the time of completion of contract

9. Yearly Medical check : The cost shall be born by the Employer

10. Insurance and Security bond : Provided by the Employer

11.Working place : Romania
