Government of Rajastian Technical Education Department No F.8(29)T.E/2003 Pt Jaipur, dated: 1st September, 2010 -sORDER In continuation of Finance Departmens Notification ‘No. F.16 (68) FD (Rules) 98 dated 25:10.2001 & Notification No. F.16 (68) FD (Rules) 98 dated 610.2003 the Government have decided to introduce the Scheme of Career Advancement w:e.£ 01.09.96.for the Lecturers, Librarians & Physical Training Instructors of the Polytechnic Coll (Engineering) whose services are governed by the Rajasthan Technical Education (Engineering) Service Rules, 2010. ‘The above mentioned Lecturers, Librarians & Physical Training Instructors will be eligible for Senior and Selection grade under Career ‘Advancement Scheme (CAS) on fulfillment of conditions as stipulated in this scheme and after following the procedure mentioned here as under: 1. A) Career Advancement provides for movement of: 4) Lecturer to Lecture (Senior Scale) Senior Lecturer / Lecturer (Senior Scale) to Lecturer (election Grade) ) Librarian to Librarian (Senior Seal) iv) Librarian (Senior Scale) to Librarian (Selection grade) -) Physical Training Instructor to Physical Training Instructor (Senior seale) ining. Instructor (Senior scale) to Physical Instructor (Selection grade) B) For promotion under Career Advancement Scheme: 4) The candidate must have consistently “Satisfactory” Performance Appraisal Report. ii) Assessment and selection would be made by a selection one Commitee.
