1. How important is sports in our daily lives?
- Sports are very important in our daily lives. Sports keeps and improving one’s wellness. Sports is also used as stress relieve. If a person experience stress, depression, and anxiety. With the help of sports, a person is more likely to be well-rested and mentally sharp. Sports help us to become stronger to battle against our obstacle. This is very important so that we have more stamina in our arsenal. We can do more because of the benefits from the playing sports. Sports also help us to become more socially active to others because sports involve with others so that we have team work and etc. There are many reasons why sports is import in our lives.
2. What is your favorite sport and why?
- My favorite sports is swimming and the main reason because it is enjoyable and have many benefits. Benefits such as use as full body workout because swimming includes all muscles in our body and help it to improve more. Second, It helps to burn calories. Swimming is one of the most effective ways to burn calories. According to research a gentle swim can burn 200 calories in just one hour, more than double of that of walking. Swimming also help me to fix my posture. It also increase my stamina and cardiovascular endurance.
